Hai was drawn to Hawaii for its climate, a warm ocean, and his love for outdoor living. He opened this practice in 2006. Hawaii is an excellent place for architecture that could take full advantage of its environment, and the use of alternative energy to be self sufficient. Greg Johnson has over 25 years experience as a mechanical design professional He specializes is in building HVAC and fuels systems design. He also has experience in the areas of facilities engineering, system troubleshooting and HVAC system balancing.  As a Facilities Engineer, Mr. Johnson was responsible for developing energy conservation measures for various high energy use buildings.  In addition, to his design experience Mr. Johnson also has condtruction experience as work as a MEP Coordinator and TAB engineer. This practical experience outside of the " design world" is invaluable.
